Is mixing cars, cyclists and pedestrians a good idea?

Thursday January 19, 2012

A recent redesign of Exhibition Road in London has removed all road markings and sidewalks, giving pedestrians priority on the road with cars and bikes. Similar projects in Europe have slowed traffic and reduced collisions, but do you think mixing cars, bikes and pedestrians is a good idea?

  12. allperfunctory answered: No. There need to be more bicycle lanes and sidewalks, not just jumbles of cars, pedestrians, and cyclists.
